We are looking for roommates for our house in Teusaquillo.
LOCATION
Teusaquillo is an up-and-coming neighborhood near Downtown. Our house is just two blocks away from beautiful tree-lined ¨Parkway avenue¨ which is full of grocery stores, community theatres, art galleries and cafés. The Transmilenio station ¨Pro Familia¨ is 6 blocks away and very easy access to the other buses. La Universidad Nacional is 10 blocks away.
La CASA - The House
The house is a 6 bedroom house with a patio/garden space perfect for hanging out with some maté (one of our roommates is Argentine) or coffee. The kitchen is huge and bedroooms are spacious and well-lit. Initially, they come furnished with essential stuff (bed & desk).
COST
Rent is $550.000 COL pesos / $270 USD and includes Wifi + Direct TV + Water + Gas, the cost of the electricity will be divide between the roomates. Aprox $ 30.000 each one.
You will be required to provide a SECURITY DEPOSIT.
The ROOMMATES
We are young professionals, Colombian and Argentine, and we´re looking for relaxed but respectful and organized roommates.
Ideally, we are looking for young professionals ( 24 to 33).
Couples Do Not Allow.
