Estamos en 19 piso, hay balcón con increíbles vistas en la ciudad, piscina con calefacción, turco, cancha Tennis, gym y salon social..

Its a very quite spacious and beautiful apartment in a residencial building with security 24hrs, 20min walk to Privenza just behind CC Santa Fe. The apartment is very luminous with beautiful views all around the city, has common offices if you need to work, nice living room , dining room, full equipped kitchen (coffee machine and oven), laundry room (iron and iron table) with all the amenities you may need. There is a swimming pool (always hot), turco and tennis court available for you as well in the building.
All services are included plus towels and sheets but you buy your personal cleaning material such as toilet paper, detergent powder..we have a cleaner that can be called twice per month and that service is included but if you need her more often should be possible but of course is apart.
The rooms are for 1 person but you can have visits maybe 1-2 per weeks for couple of hours.Noice or more than one friend are not acceptable after 11pm neither your room or the common areas of the apartment. Drugs such marijuana or cigarettes are not acceptable in the apartment or the common areas of the building neither prostitutes. If you use the kitchen or toilet should be cleaned immiditelly.Harass, assault or any kind of violent is forbidden strictly.There is a deposit asked also that is 500mil, need a month notice before leaving to return it.

Hola que tal, estamos justo detrás del CC Santafe en Poblado. Esta amplio con gran closet y oficina el bano el alfrente y se comparte con una persona mas.Hay otra mas pequena con propio bano que vale 990mil.Estamos buscando personas independientes con un perfil tranquilo y respetuoso y muy limpio y ordenado para compartir, somos gente trabajadores y profesionales o estudiantes 4 habitaciones para 4 personas y 2 compartan el mismo baño. Visitas se permiten pero solo 2 por semana y si es amanecida es diferente, solo buscamos una persona. Si usas cocina Debes dejar todo MUY LIMPIO superficies y pisos mas de todo SIN faltar! El apto es en 19 piso con vistas lindas en toda la ciudad, WIFI rápido 300\megas, hay piscina con calefacción hasta las 9pm, turco (Steam room), gym, salón social y cancha tenis y muchas áreas verdes..es en Ceylan park atrás del CC Santa fe en Poblado. En el precio es incluido aseo general 1-2 veces al mes y los insumos de aseo. Tambien se pide 500mil deposito y se devuelve cuando se da aviso de 1 mes antes para desocupar.
