Its a very quite spacious and beautiful apartment in a residencial building with security 24hrs 15 min walk to parque Lleras and 5min to CC Santa Fe, here are the best restaurants in the most secure part of the city.The apartment is very luminus with beaudiful views all around the city, has common offices if you need to work, nice living room with TV with lots of channel if you want to see movies (ESPN,Fox,..), dining room, full equiped kitchen (coffee machine and oven), laundry room (iron and iron table) with all the amenities you may need. There are also lots of plants and with the trees and birds around gives a natural vibe..

All services are included plus towels and sheets but cleaning materials are extra such as toilet paper, detergent powder..we have a cleaner that can be called once per week or whenever we needed (that can be arranged between the renters) charging 60mil.

The rooms are for 1 person but you can have visits maybe 1-2 per weeks for couple of hours.Noice or more than one friend are not acceptable after 11pm neither your room or the common areas of the apartment. Drugs such marijuana (maybe a bit in the balcony in the night) or cigaretes (balcony) also are not acceptable in the apartment or the common areas of the building neither prostitutes. If you use the kitchen or toilet should be cleaned immiditelly.Harass, assault or any kind of violent is forbitten strictly.If the are is any confilct the admin of the apartment should be noticed. Any damages of the furniture, electronic devices or other should be paid by you so might be asked deposit.
