• Room: Bedroom with private bathroom, desk, chair, smart TV with access to different platforms, close, bed with 2 new sheets and bath towels.
• Social area: Two co-working desks, Living room with smart TV with access to different platforms, game living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and balcony.
• Internet: WiFi network with 300 Mbps.
• Housemaid: Biweekly
