Somos Andrés & Tania; hemos acondicionado 2 apartamentos independientes en nuestra casa (donde Andrés también tiene su oficina), situada al final de una tranquila y segura calle mocha en el Norte, específicamente en el barrio San Vicente, entre la Avenida de las Américas y el Río Cali, por la calle 23.

La ubicación es estratégica: en un radio de 5 cuadras se encuentran 2 estaciones principales del MIO (bus), la Terminal de Transportes, una notaría, dos sedes de la Policía y una de los Bomberos, asi como supermercados, panaderías, droguerías, etc.; en un radio de 10 cuadras se hallan el Centro, Granada (zona rosa) y Chipichape (centro comercial).

A dos cuadras se halla el Parque Versalles, y a una cuadra el nuevo Parque Lineal del Río, un hermoso parque que rodea las riveras del Río Cali.

Este es un agradable apartamento duplex amoblado situado al fondo de la casa, con acceso compartido a través del garaje. En el primer piso se encuentra la cocina y en el segundo la alcoba, el baño, una salita y un patio.

Incluye lavadora, nevera, estufa, utensilios, cafetera, licuadora, TV de 43" (con soporte a pared de 90 grados), ventilador, áreas de almacenamiento.

El patio cuenta con una ducha adicional que se puede disfrutar bajo el sol en absoluta privacidad. Y cuenta con una hamaca para relajarse bajo las estrellas.

Incluye todos los servicios, incluido internet (router wifi propio) y agua caliente. Nota: Ya no tenemos TV por cable, pero proveemos teclado y mouse inalámbricos para usar el TV con un computador conectado por HDMI.

También incluido: Servicio semanal de aseo básico - a cargo de una colaboradora de entera confianza.

Servicios adicionales ocasionales: recepción y envío de paquetes y correspondencia, domicilios, impresión, escaneo.

Ideal para profesionales de fuera de la ciudad en busca de un apartamento amoblado. Buscamos una persona seria, tranquila, sola, que trabaje, y que cuide el apartamento y su dotación. Preferiblemente a largo plazo.

Notas: Tenemos mascotas (2 perritos y 3 gatos), sin acceso al apartamento (pero consentibles).

We are Andres & Tania and we have set up 2 independent apartments in our house (where Andres has also his office), located at the end of a very secure and tranquil cul-de-sac in El Norte (yes, the northern part of the city), specifically in the San Vicente quarter, between Avenida de Las Americas and the Cali River.

The location is strategic: within a 5-block radius, a couple of MIO (bus) main line stations, the Terminal (out-of-town transportation), even a notary as well as several supermarkets, bakeries, etc; within a 10-block radius, el Centro (downtown), Granada (shopping, dining, and entertainment district) and Chipichape (shopping mall).

This listing is for a nice furnished duplex apartment with access through the shared garage. The first floor has the kitchen, and the second floor the bedroom, the bathroom, a small living room, and a patio.

Included: washing machine, fridge, stove top, utensils, coffee maker, blender, tv (now with 90 degree arm), fan, storage areas.

We recently added an extra shower to the patio, to enjoy under the sun in absolute privacy. And a hammock to relax under the stars.

All utilities included, including internet and hot water. We no longer provide cable tv service (however, we do provide wireless keyboard and mouse to use the TV with a computer via HDM).

Basic cleaning service - provided by a totally trustworthy maid - is included in the price.

Occasional services included: mail reception, printing, scanning, etc.

By the way, we have pets (2 little dogs and 3 cats), without access to the apartment (but pettable :)

Disfruté mucho la hamaca y la salita de estar en el patio, que es amplio y cuenta con una ducha adicional al aire libre. La cocina también cuenta con lo necesario y es completamente independiente.Andrés es muy amable y estuvo siempre disponible para atender mis inquietudes y requerimientos durante mi estadía. Marshall (England, Mar-Apr/20): "This self-contained apartment has been the perfect place for me to stay both before and during quarantine. The location is safe and ideal with supermarkets, restaurants and malls within walking distance, along with great transport links with bus stops close by and the bus terminal a short walk away. The apartment is in a quiet cul de sac close to the river so there is very little outside noise and no passing traffic.

The apartment itself has everything you need including an equipped kitchen, good, stable wifi and a private, secluded, outdoor space (where I exercise, sunbathe & dry my laundry by day and listen to music & read at night), it also has its own, cold outdoor shower (alongside the hot shower in the bathroom) and a hammock which is particularly great for relaxing at night. It also has its own separate entrance via the garage which has been particularly useful during quarantine.

The landlord lives in the adjoining house and has been amazingly helpful from the beginning and even more-so once quarantine was enforced. I couldn't have hoped for someone more helpful and considerate, especially during such unusual circumstances as a global pandemic. I am leaving due to a repatriation initiative by the UK government, but I would gladly stay here again at the next opportunity, quarantine or not. "

Heinz (Suiza, Dic/19-Mar/20): "Llevo años alojándome en este apto, por lo general por tres meses al año. Y cada vez que llego es con gran alegría. El apto me gusta mucho, con su patio privado (al 100%!) con ducha al aire libre y hamaca (claro que hay agua caliente en la ducha del baño!). Tanto los acabados como los muebles son de alta calidad. Todo está siempre limpio, gracias al servicio de aseo que va con el apto. La cocina lo ofrece todo y es muy funcional - hasta con lavadora. Gracias al gran TV y el WiFi con router propio del apto, uno llega, conecta su compu, y de una surfea la red o ve sus series preferidas en Netflix. O televisión por cable, si así lo prefiere. La ubicación del apto al final de una calle mocha es genial. Uno vive muy tranquilo aquí, sin bulla, aunque uno está en una zona bien central y viva de Cali."

Andrés (Profesor - Bogotá, Oct-19): "Es un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo para vivir; el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estadía: canales de cable, internet de alta velocidad con router propio, todos los utensilios de cocina y nevera; lo mejor es la ducha al aire libre (también cuenta con baño con ducha interior). Andrés está al tanto de solucionar cualquier problema que se pueda presentar. El sitio es central y queda a corta distancia de centros comerciales, supermercados y restaurantes."

Juliana (Ingeniera Ambiental - Medellín, Jul-Sep/19): "The apartment is close to one of Cali's main avenues, but in a cul-de-sac so is really quiet. It has two spaces: The kitchen in the first floor, and the bedroom, bathroom and patio in the second floor. A great addition is the hammock and shower in the patio, just perfect for the hot days of Cali. El apartamento está ubicado cerca a una de las principales avenidas de Cali, en una calle cerrada por lo que casi no hay ruido. Tiene dos espacios: la cocina que está en el primer piso y el segundo piso donde está el baño, la habitación y un patio. Una gran adición es la hamaca y la ducha que está en el patio, apenas para los días calurosos de Cali."

La habitación es muy cómoda, la cocina y demás espacios me permitieron estar en un espacio tranquilo y suficiente durante mi permanencia en Cali. Lo mejor de todo, la ubicación! El apartamento está cerca del norte, del oeste y con acceso rápido al sur de la ciudad. Algunos negocios y panaderías cercanas hacen que todo sea más fácil. No me quise ir por ningún motivo. Estuve siempre muy bien atendido, mi anfitrión se preocupaba por mi bienestar todo el tiempo. Además está en una excelente zona muy cercana a sitios como Granada (rumba, gastronomía) y Chipichape (centro comercial gigante). Recomiendo mucho este lugar, si vuelvo a Cali con seguridad estaré allí.

Matt (Australia, Nov/14 - May/15): "After having lived in Colombia on and off for 5 years, I found the apartment to be one of the best I have rented here. It is well fitted out and has everything you could need. The patio and hammock are amazing and there is nothing like spending a Sunday afternoon in the hammock soaking up sun and enjoying a cold beer. One aspect I truly enjoyed is the well fitted out kitchen, which with it on a different level is spacious and a joy to use, as well as the bathroom with sizzling hot water on tap whenever required, although in Cali's hot and humid climate I found myself taking a lot of cold showers. An important aspect of the apartment for me was its location, within easy walking distance of any part of the north of Cali including nightlife, supermarkets and tourist sites. I also liked the fact that it is quiet and very private making it easy to sleep in as well as work from home if required. An added bonus is that the landlord/owner is one of the most amiable and respectful persons I have ever met in Colombia who speaks fluent English and Spanish and is always available to provide assistance and guidance if required. I felt quite sad in leaving the apartment and if my work hadn't required me to return to Medellin I would have continued leasing it. It represents great value for money and is extremely comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to anyone."

L'Andreo (Italia, Sep-Oct/14): "Bueno, este apartamento ha sido lo que por dos meses he llamado casa. Lo encontré genial. Tiene hamaca en el living/patio y solo eso vale el precio de la renta. Está bien amueblado con todo lo necesario, la cocina está limpia y funcionante, refri y lavadora, wi.fi, televisión, agua caliente… todas comodidades raras de encontrar en Cali, que te tienen tan relajado en casa que a veces cuesta salir a dar un paseo. Andres es una linda persona, siempre disponible por ayudar y dar consejos. El apartamento está bien ubicado, cerca de bancos, supermercados, del centro (10min caminando), a una cuadra de la parada del Mio, dos de la terminal de los buses.El barrio es tranquilo y seguro, en la noche se ve un poco solo pero nunca he tenido problemas ni he visto nada de peligroso. A mi regreso en la linda Cali, este departamento será sin duda mi primera opción."

Bolat (Kazakhstan, Jul-Aug/14): "45 days and very nice expirience of living in Andres apartments. 1. Andres is very nice person! He helped me a lot in the firsts days. You can ask him any question: how yo wash your clothes or where is better to change money. It's easy to communicate with him. Andres is very polite and hospitable owner. I lived like visiting a friend. I was not worried about the safety or something else. 2. This studio has everything you need. I was watching TV, taking a shower, use the Internet every day without problems. I cooked in the full equipped kitchen what i want and kept in the refrigerator is great Colombian beer. And I'm perfectly tanned, when slept during the day in a hammock on the patio. The apartment is simple and very clean. Even a washing machine appeared before my departure) 3. Studio has a comfortable location. It is easy and fast to go to the Norte or Sur with taxi or MIO (Andres, thanks for the card). I found a lot of places in the neighborhood with delicious food (Andres suggested a few of good restaurants). Around is a safe area. It is nice place for relax. I was really happy in Cali! I am ready to go back in the next year and live here again. Thank you very much!!! "

Camila (Bogotá, Nov/13 - Ene/14): "La zona es muy central y agradable, se puede caminar tranquilamente; el apartamento está perfectamente equipado para gozar de una estadía muy cómoda y total autonomía. Mi parte favorita del apartamento es la zona de la terraza y la salita (donde en las noches despejadas se pueden observar las estrellas) que le otorgan mucha frescura a la habitación. La colaboración recibida por los anfitriones es total, siempre que se necesite ayuda ellos están prestos y son personas absolutamente confiables. Close to the main terminal for out of town trips and close to several local bus stations - and taxis are plentiful (and inexpensive). Many restaurants as well as nightlife are within easy walking distance - also supermarkets, shops and downtown (El Ccentro). Andres is extremely helpful as are his staff. I highly recommend it."

Daniela (Medellín, Ago/13 - May/15): "El apartaestudio está muy bien ubicado, cerca a avenidas principales, y tiene dos estaciones del Mio muy cerca, la de las Américas y la de

Versalles. Es muy seguro y tranquilo, por ser calle mocha, y hay un celador 24/7 pendiente en la esquina. El apartaestudio está totalmente amoblado, y cuenta con televisión por cable, agua caliente, internet rápido, cama doble, closet y una cocina pequeña junto con un comedor personal. Es relativamente pequeño pero es suficiente para una sola persona; en mi caso me encantaba el ventanal grande, los acabados del baño y de la cocina. Además, todos los utensilios y muebles están en muy buen estado. El servicio de aseo y el de lavandería (ambos opcionales pero recomendados) son excelentes, y también el de recibimiento de papeles y paquetes. Todas las personas que trabajan con Andrés tienen una excelente calidad humana y ética de trabajo. Aquí fuí muy feliz durante casi 2 años que estuve viviendo en el apartaestudio y lo recomiendo totalmente."

The studio apartment is nicely furnished, in a relatively quiet section of the city, quite close to downtown and to the north of the city. It´s walking distance or an easy cab ride to the Sexta and the Novena, a couple of the restaurant avenues. It´s also a short distance to the old city, San Antonio and La Merced. It was a very pleasant stay, overall, and very convenient."
